All orders take 3-4 business days to process before shipping out. Express shipping is available for Johor Bahru. Parcels are shipped via Poslaju locally. Please expect delay in shipping due to Covid-19 period

Self Pick Up (MY)
Self pick-up is only available in Johor Bahru, please email us to arrange time slot. It is the customers responsibility to remember to pick up order as no reminders would be sent out.
We deliver door to door (subject to changes).
We use Ninjavan as our courier service.
International shipping is via DHL/Fedex. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for delivery before online purchase.
Any changes in orders before shipping out, refunds would only be via store credit.
Exchange & Return
In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund in store credit. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of purchase date locally or 30 days internationally.
All returns must be in new and unused condition, and customer is required to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Situations where only partial refunds are grated (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30days after delivery.
Please note that you would be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return, as Air Blvd. would not be responsible for lost returned parcels.
Upon receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will notify you of the decision regarding your refund. Should your request be approved, your refund will be processed in the form of store credit.
We only replace items that are defective or damaged that was not responsible during delivery. If you need to exchange for the same item, please email us at email@example.com to be given instructions.

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
