In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That is why we designed a generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. Read the following sections to find out more about how we ship or exchange products, or about how we secure your personal data. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any doubts or questions!

Shipping

For customers residing in Johor Bahru (within 20km), we currently do personal delivery.

Peninsular Orders

Johor, Malacca, Negeri Sembilan, Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Pahang, Perak, Penang, Terengganu, Kedah, Kelantan, Perlis. Express shipping is only available around Johor Bahru region.

Air Boulevard is not responsible for any lost or damaged goods during delivery.

East Malaysia Orders

Sabah and Sarawak

Parcels may take longer to arrive due to limited flights during this pandemic. All orders take 3-4 business days to process before shipping out.

 

Singapore Orders

We deliver door to door (subject to changes).

We use Ninjavan as our courier service.

International Orders

Defined as orders being shipped to an address outside of Malaysia (excluding Singapore; see "Singapore Orders" for further details).

 

International shipping is via DHL/Fedex. Please email us at airboulevard@gmail.com to arrange for shipping and delivery before purchase.

Shipping charges and terms are subject to change without notice.

Payment 

Payment methods

For credit/debit cards, we accept Visa, Mastercard, FPX, Bank Transfers, Touch'N'Go, and PayPal. For customers requesting for personal delivery in Johor Bahru (within 20km) we accept COD.

Exchange (when applicable)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged due to manufacturer error. Whilst we endeavour to ensure our products reach you in good condition, and will take every step to properly prepare our products for shipping, AIR BLVD cannot be held responsible for damages which were sustained during the delivery process.

 

If you need to make a one-on-one exchange for the same item, please email us at airboulevard@gmail.com for further instructions.

 

Return & Refunds

In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund in store credit. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of purchase date locally or 30 days internationally.

 

All returns must be in new and unused condition. To return your items, please email us at airboulevard@gmail.com with your receipt or proof of purchase to obtain a return code and further instructions.

Partial refunds (when applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Full refund (when applicable)

Upon receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will notify you of the decision regarding your refund. Should your request be approved, your refund will be processed in the form of store credit.

 

If you have not received your refund after two (2) business days, please get in touch.

Sale items (when applicable)

All sales items are final and not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.

Gifts given (when applicable)

For orders purchased as gifts, any associated returns, refunds or exchanges will be credited to the recipient of the item (shipping address).

 

Shipping

Shipping costs on all purchases are non-refundable.

 

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. 

 

We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return, as AIR BLVD will not be responsible for lost returned parcels.

Privacy

We are committed to protect the privacy of our site visitors and customers. No disclosure of information of our customers to third parties will take place except on arranging shipment, customer research and profiling with your permission.

 

Prohibitions

Please do not misuse our website or commit any criminal offences under the Computer Misuse Act 1990.

Offences as such would be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities with the disclosure of your identity.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by a service attack, viruses or any other harmful material that may infect your device, programs or data in the use of this website. 

 

Intellectual Property

The content available to you through this website remains the property of Air Boulevard and are protected by copyright laws and treaties. You may store, print and display the content for your personal use but you are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or reproduce any format, content, copies of the content on this website for business or commercial enterprise. 

 

Air Boulevard is a trademark belonging to Boulevard Enterprise. No license or consent is granted to you for the use of these marks.

 

Our Contract

After placing an order with us, you will receive an order acknowledgement to your e-mail address confirming receipt of your order. This email only constitutes as an acknowledgement of your order, and not an acceptance of your order.

 

A contract will only be formed after you have received a confirmation by e-mail that the goods ordered will be shipped to you.

 

Only goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of shipment will be included in the contract formed.
